At Atelier Extérieur® we are committed to environmental sustainability and combatting fast fashion as one of our core values as an alpine brand. We strive to minimize waste and excess production through print-on-demand manufacturing for the majority of our products, where this is possible. This means that each item is made uniquely for you, reducing the environmental impact of overproduction.

Due to our sustainable production model and the exclusive nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We currently do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please carefully review your product selection, sizing (including referring to our size guides and model sizes, where available), shipping address, and billing details before completing your purchase, as these cannot be modified after checkout. If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or direct message, we are more than happy to help.

However, we do offer the following exceptions:

  • If you are returning a damaged or incorrect item, we provide store credit to the value of your original order.

  • We do not offer refunds on any order where a discount code of 10% or more was applied — these purchases are only eligible for store credit.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds — we issue store credit only for any sale purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will gladly accept a return or replacement request. Please contact us at info@atelierxterieur.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue. Atelier Extérieur reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy, including items that are used, incomplete, outside the return window, or sent to an unauthorized address. Denied returns may be sent back to the original sender at the customer’s expense. By placing an order with Atelier Extérieur, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.
