Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Fulfilment typically takes two business days, but during busy periods can take up to 5. Once completed, we promptly ship your order and you will receive a tracking number to the email address associated with your order. We provide estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, and these are only a guideline. Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Times:

Europe:
Handling Time: 1-2 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time (Standard): 7-10 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time (Express): 4-8 days (Monday - Friday)

USA:
Handling Time: 1-2 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time (Standard): 8-15 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time (Express): 5-9 days (Monday - Friday)

PLEASE NOTE: For USA orders, you will often receive a shipping link quickly (within 3 days of placing your order); and then the order will appear to sit at the airport for a few days without moving. This is normal - it is the package being airfreighted on the plane and then being received and processed by USPS. Please refer to our transit time for the USA - 8 to 15 days - for an expected timeframe. The vast majorities of orders, however, should arrive before this.

Rest of World:
Handling Time: 1-2 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time (Rest of World): 8-14 days (Monday - Friday)
For certain remote locations, please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and therefore the shipping carrier used. If you have not received your package within 30 days, please contact us via email.

Customs and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and require supporting documentation, including photos and order details. Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the item is intact.

If tracking shows an order as "Delivered" responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers must file a claim with the carrier and provide proof of loss. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.


Order Changes & Cancellations:

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
